These speakers will share their experience and their motivation to be an academician, how to do time management (as a lecturer, a wife, a mother, an administrator etc.), what problems arise as women in academia, suggestions on how to build self confidence as women (not only in academic but also in social and administrative work), how to create links and networks between female academician, etc.
